Hello everyone
have been lurking around here for a couple weeks. Trying to learn as much as possible. Seems like there is some great info here and lots of knowledgeable members. Wow there is a lot to learn.

I am 44 yrs old
6' 205 lbs got a pot belly 42"
arms 15"

have been working out since my brother had a gym in our basement. it has been awhile since i worked out consistantly. so i have only been back a couple of months. trying to clean my diet up, and eat better. i eat what i think is a clean diet, consisting of things that i read on this forum. feeling fantastic! haven't had this much energy in years. i am doing bench, curl, squats, tricep extensions, pushups, lunges and that is about it. it is taking a while to heal up...as expected. not thinking of doing any cycle for long time. so i can learn my body through diet and lifting. good to be here!!
