    New to the board

What's up guys, I am a 29 year old male who has just started to work out (2 months ago). My body form is below average, but I still manage to run 4-5 miles on the tread mill daily. I am trying to develop some definition (quickly). I am not gunning for any unrealistic goal, but I do want to develop some form and definition. I want to lose about 13 pounds so that I would be at 175 pounds, and remain that way... I am motivated, but I need some help getting a good work out plan. I do not want to lift heavy, however. I just want to get cut up. Any recommendations? Also, I was thinking of getting NO2 and whey protein from GNC. Is the NO2 worthless or is it worth the $50 bucks? I appreciate any feedback from you guys. Thanks for allowing me to be part of you're forum.

a source check is when you see gear advertised on the internet, and then you come here asking if it is legit or not.

or if a certain "lab" is legit or not.

I saw a show the other day on MTV where the guy (who was a body builder) was talking steroids via injection, and also via mouth droplets. Are mouth droplets safer or do they have less negative effect on the liver? I am scared of needles, and I know that steroid pills cycle through the liver 2 times. Thanks.

Orals are typically more dangerous than injectables. People just get freaked out by needles for some reason, possibly due to junkies, etc.

Honestly, with 2 months training under your belt you shouldn't even be thinking or asking about AAS! Get yourself educated on diet and nutrition and you will be well on your way to reaching your goals.
