No more gains
Hi
I feal lucky to have found this forum!
I am 37, 5'11/197ibs/17%bf
I have lifted religiosly for over 2 years now.
I have a ok diet ,do cardio,take plenty of whey.When i was 19
I took dbol for 12 weeks and Omnadren for 12 weeks.
Now that i have hit a wall i am thinking of trying it again.

Welcome.
There are many variables that come into play when one hits a plateau; including lack of diet, inadequate training and sleep habits, over training, adapting to certain routines, ignoring deloads, ect..
Consider all options before thinking steroids are the only answer.

Thanks for the reply.
It can get frustrating not getting anywhere.
It does make sense to monitor sleep and diet and rest days.
However i have a goal to achieve,i dont want to look old for my age
And i want to keep my motivation going in my training.
The first time i pinned at 19 ,i was too young.
It was just the thing to do where i grew up.
Anyways it may be some time before i decide what to do.
I intend to do lots of reading on this forum.
Knowledge is power!

Yes, hit the educational threads and read up as much as you can so you'll have an idea of what a proper cycle looks like suited for your goals.
12 weeks on Dbol is not wise by any means.
