    Hi everyone, i am looking to learn and looking for answers

    Hi,
    Here are my specs: 5"10, 175-177, 14% body fat. I am looking to get to 195 and be around 12% body fat. I have lifted my entire adult life and really have never gotten above 185, and I was kind of fat. I know diet is crucial. I have tried everything to put on weight but I have a hard time. I know the term hard gainer gets used a lot. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but everytime I try to up my calorie intake (while still eating appropriately balanced meals, just a lot more meals 5-6 meals a day) my body just kind of gets bloated and I start feeling sick. After a few days of trying to eat enough to produce weight gain, I just feel sick and my body responds by just (I apologize for this in advance) making me go to the bathroom more. I don't know what to do, and this is a topic I don't really see discussed on forums a lot.

    I am looking for information about what to do to get your body to take in more nutrition so that I can put on muscle.

    Maybe you should post the diet you were using that was making you sick and bloated. You might be amazed at all of the information you will receive if you post up as many details as you can. Also details on your workout routine, and of course age. If you are serious, you came to the right place. Good luck!

    Age
    Height
    Weight

    Years training
