Here's my basics:
Age: 31
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 228lbs
BF%: 17%
Been working out steadily since '94. Have had a major setback in the last year with an ACL reconstructive surgery (my second one). Was previously training and competing amateur MMA but my "career" is officially over. Over the last year I've been rehabilitating the knee and trying to keep the body fat off. My focus now is STRONG legs and getting back in shape. I did a couple of cycles in my early 20's (Deca - Test cycle [gained 20+] and a Deca - Winny cycle [got RIPPED]). My goal here is to get some good advice on diet / supplement / gear / workouts. I'm new to this area so lost all my workout buddies, glad I have you guys! Hope things are well.. GO BLUE!
