Hey everyone, finally decided to register. Ive been lurking around the boards for a while now and decided to just sign the heck up.
25 yo 200lbs 18%bf
I have been in a weight room continuously since I have been around 15 years old. I played div. I football for a school in Texas up until just a couple of years ago. I currently play in a semi-pro football league and have recently found I am an exceptional slow pitch softball player.
Diet has been 50/50 for the past couple of years hence the high bf% but that has been cleaned up. I typically do 30-45 min of cardio every day and weight train 4 days a week.
Just started my first cycle after a ton of research and about a year of pretty intense weight training....looking to learn a lot around here.
