Just joining the forum for some advice on what actions to take involving the usual gain muscle loose fat scenario, Been training pretty consistently for 3 years now but I'm not really getting to where I want to be.
My stats are
Height: 5ft7
Weight: 72kg
BF: ??? (any ideas)
My aim is to hopefully gain another 5-8kg of muscle in the long run. I try to eat clean but I do drink and eat rubbish a lot more then I should and I think thats whats most likely holding me back. I now have a holiday booked for next June so I'm going to use that for my motivation.
