Hi guys
My first post thought id let ya'll no whats going on! So done a little bit of weight training over the years but nuthing serious at all!
Use to do boxing and had a few fights, but let its slip!![]()
Now am over weight, i cant sleep at night at all... eventually drift of at like 7am in the morning and sleep all day, i jst cant shake it! I lost my job over a year ago due to the credit crunch and to b honest guys i find it hard to get motivated anymore! its safe to say i feel misreable at times and its causin problems between me and my gf!
But I made it here and i intend to change things with a bit of knowledge from you guys!
Wen i had to lose weight for a fight id just stop eattin anything, maybe a meal a day and run and train, but i know thats not right because it just piles bk on wen ur done! and it left me drained during my fights and i had abso no strength and had to rely on being smart and elusive, not my style
So to sum it up am looking for how to begin, what i should be eattin to lose weight but gain muscle, how my training should b and simply get fit but overall feel confident again!
