Hey everyone, I frequented this site when I was in highschool lifting for football... I couldn't remember my user name though Went to College and kinda faded away from this site. Stopped working out in college for a bit then began again my senior year. Been at it again for about 3-4 years and now I'm in law school.
On a side note i just had a grade 1 tear in my AC joint (shoulder and thankfully should be fine without surgery not that big of a deal but more annoying) from hitting heavy dips body weight + 90 after fatiguing my chest too much (it was the last thing in my long workout i usually even go harder)
cant wait to gain more knowlege again as i am getting serious about working out again and BJJ.
Learned the hard way that dips are kinda dangerous... really never thought it woulda happend to me and didnt even hurt that bad at the time
Hopefully I read more then post I know how much everyone hates the newbies that just ask questions that have been answered 100+ times
