I was looking though the forum and noticed, this section. Guess I never really payed much attention to it before. I also noticed next to my name it says senior member as i just went over 1000 posts. To be quite honest I don't feel that senior and still have A LOT to learn. So I thought i'd take a little time here and tell everyone a little about me. I just celebrated my 32nd birthday. I've been lifting off and on since highschool. At 19 when i joined the US Navy I was 6' 175lbs. I spend 3 years as in Aviation maitenance field then crossed over to Master at Arms (navy equivelent of Military Police) I became the physical readiness trainer for my division and attended a military certification course for that position. After 7 years of service i left the navy and battled aclohol and drug addictions before becoming sober 4 years ago. I rededicated myself to a healthy lifestyle and finished my first cycle about 2 months ago. I'm up to 218lbs around 17-18% bodyfat now. Plan on cutting this spring and am getting close to the best physical condition i've ever been in. I'd like to take a minute here to thank all the vets and members here who have answered my questions along the way, and even after 1000 posts i still consider myself a blank slate ready to learn. Thanks to all
