First cycle: Tren & test

I had been in the gym for 2 years with no clear goals and little understanding of the sport. In the last 2 years i became serious about lifting and did a lot of research about different workouts,diets,supplement/vitamins. In these last two years i was consistent with my training. Problem was that after the first year i saw no real gains or improvement yet continued to work hard, and tried switching up my workouts. I would eat like an animal and my weight never changed.So, I began doing a ton of research on anabolic substances. With that said, long story short, I weighed out my options and decided to try my first cycle. I am currently stacking tren and test enanthate.

tren-250mg/ml at 2ml per week
test-100mg/ml at 2ml per week

I am only several weeks into the cycle but have notice positive gains. My workout is based on what has worked for me in the past. Three days of lifting with a day of swimming in between the three. Day 1 chest/tris. Day 2 back/bis. Day 3 Legs/Shoulders. Day 4 swimming.
I was looking for some feedback on the cycle as well as the 4 day routine...

Age
Height
Weight
And if you could, please throw in your current and previous diets. I think that's your problem.
Nonetheless, i don't particularly like your cycle. In your research, where did you hear that including Tren on your first cycle is a good idea?

and Im going to say the same... not the best choice for first cycle.

Also, you state that your using test that is dosed at 100mg per ml. So Im going to guess its Prop? What is your shooting schedule like for that? Everyday? Eod?

Everyone will come down on you for using tren in first cycle.

And You say you eat like an animal.... I doubt it.

Post up your diet also. Let us judge how an animal eats.

I actually heard good things about stacking test/deca, test/deca/dbol but unfortunately people mis-communicated and hear i am with this stack...would rather not waste it.

I completely understand, honestly should have joined a forum and asked questions about myself rather than reading about other people earlier.

i am 19 im 5'7" 152lbs at the beginning of the cycle(going on 4 weeks now) currently 159lbs

Meal plan- only get 3 meals a day in college so it may vary slightly day to day and the meals in between are what i can prepare in my room

breakfast
school offers only scrambled and hard boiled eggs
4 hardboiled
2 to 3 scrambled
either whole wheat bagel or toast
oatmeal
milk
daily vitamins
2nd meal of the day
protein shake
banana
lunch
either fish filet or chicken breast
brown rice or pasta(whatever grains i can find)
sometimes drink another glass of milk
meal 4
now whatever i can steal from the dining hall which is usually 2 bananas
peanut butter
2 cans of tuna
Meal 5
protein shake add glutamine
flank steak or chicken
baked potatoe
pasta
milk
meal 6
got nothin to make actual food in dorms so i make 2 pbn' j sandwiches

protein shake is ids whey protein blend

diet did change over the past summer due to my job got extremely skinny was down to 137 at one point and i never experience weight changes

Sure Im not the first to post it but test only is a good run on first cycle...Its a safe bet for an aas and gives you a chance to guage how YOUR body is going to react to introducing aas...Good luck man and I hope you get the result you are seeking!

look test for a 19 years old is stupid, a 19 year old produces enough test to grow just fine, and at 150 lbs, your issue is not test it is food... freaking eat for your goals, and stay in gym and stop changing your work outs... understand how Getting Big works... if that is your goal

as for tren your a dumb ass for taking that in your first cycle... dumb ass
