Need info from someone smarter then me!

This summer I weighed in @ 270 (fat-ass), I am currently sitting @ 235, I am on the Meta-Fast diet with my wife, my plans after I get down to my target weight (roughly 175) I would like to start taking something that would allow me to manage my weight and still bulk up, I really need to work on upper body (chest/lats/back) picture Josh Koshchek's body .. thats what Im shooting for, in about a year or 2 I would like to be competing in MMA so whatever I was taking would need to be something that couldnt be detected in tests.

Ref links would have been nice, there are a massive amount of pages listed on this forum to just come in and say "Answers are on the web" is what seems to be a waste of your time and mine, maybe you are just bored and wanted to type.
www.typingtutor.com (this may be more helpful to you in the future -- still no help to me though.)

Welcome brother I wish you the best!! I think you are working too hard to figure out what you might want to take in a year or two. I think you should spend some time in the diet section because I am certain it is the key to getting everything you want out of your workouts. I personally think the supplements you are talking about are great once you have good start. Its like putting super unleaded in your ford focus. you will get way better results once you are a well maintained sports car. just my .02

Welcome aboard. Definitely recommend the diet section, also check out the remote trainer challange there, might be something for you to consider.
