Hi, I would like to work on my physique ... Am 31 years old, 65Kg ...
Last time i went to the gym was about a year ago ... at that time was going 3 times per week. Was quite fit, but wasn't happy with the results regarding Body Weight / Mass. Would like to put on a few extra pounds and need your help.
BAsically what diet should I follow, what gym/exercises should i do, weekly schedule, etc. I just got Anabol Tabs (5mg) and would like to start using them as well, but would like to have a bit more info in that ragard and what type of workout program I should look at , including diet etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
