hi im 19 male im around 175 pounds about 5'11 around there iv been thinking about doing a cycle with a friend of susstanon 250 or how ever u spell it but im kinda concerned with health issues with my heart as my mom had a heart attack and her father had 3 massive heart attacks wen he was alive and the family has a bad past with heart attacks also my dads brother recently had a heart attack and he was the youngest of them all so maybe its on both sides im not to sure i also feel like my heart is beating slower then normal i think but if i smoke it shoots up and hurts a bit so for that i am qutting also i have really bad joint problems and most likely am gonna have arthritis wen im older wen i work out sumtimes my heart dose kinda hurt like my left side but i just ignore it so if sum1 can please give me some info? or advice right now im leaning to not do it as i dont wanna die just to get a bit bigger i think if i took the time and did it naturally that it would be a better choice and of course it is but should i be concerned about these health defects or w.e appreciate it thank you for ur time

Welcome! ......WHAT? The answer is NO! First of all you are 19 and this is way too early. 2nd you are not anymore ready than the man in the moon. 3rd: please edit your post and remove your recreational talk since this is not allowed here at all.

You need to get healthy first and foremost to learn to eat and train correctly. Plus right now at 19 you have TONS of HORMONES which are to your advantage. Take you edge. And take the thought of steroids out of your mind. PLEASE!

I am glad you are being cautious with your family history with anything you set out to do. And also glad you are hesitant since nothing is worth it just to get big. For now your best chemical is FOOD!

Everything Slimmer said is spot on. You are years away from cycling, forget what your friends think. Chances are they are no more experienced then you, so trust the experienced members here who are giving you responsible information.

Get your ass over to the diet section and start a thread. Post up your diet, workout routine, goals, etc. All you need right now are the basics.

And for God sake, use some punctuation!!!!

    Bro,

I've read and heard more then a few tales of BBs over the years with a history of familyt heart issues who seriously regret ever doing AAS.

Congratulations on forming the longest sentence that I have ever read.
