Hello,
I am new to the steroid world, haven't tried anything yet, was recently in an car accident, and messed up my lower back, my Dr. told me that If I can get fit and gain muscle to support the lower back since I have two buldging disks, and a slight herniated disk as well I should be able to releave a lot of pressure on the disks.
So I have been looking into things to see what will help me, yes I know that Steroids are not my turn to, It was to help boost, if anyone has any reccomendations as to what I should do or try that would be greatly appreciated.

Age: 22
Weight: 256
Height: 6'1
As well, whats the best way to get pill form in Canada?
