Hi all,
My names Vince I'm 30 and I live in the UK. The reason for joining this forum is to gain knowledge and advice on training and the possibility of using steroids.
I work out 4-5 times a week and in my line of work (Security/Doorman) size matters. I'm 6ft and approx 203lbs. I'll admit I'm a bit wide around the mid section but cant get rid of it! I cycled to work and back (12miles) for 5 days a week for nearly a year and didnt lose much, I'll admit my diet never changed which is more then likely the reason behind that. I did however get very fit!
My goals are to get stronger and bigger. I've never cycled but looking seriously into it as I'm no spring chicken and want to bulk up quickly for this years summer events.
