    New member 27, 5'11 242lbs bf is 18%

I'm a first time user. I'm doing my research right now. I wanna gain 10-15lbs of solid muscle. I have a healthy diet. My lifts are great (i.e for plate squats properly, 3 plate bench, db girl 60lbs.) I have found that my gains are extremely slow now. I wanna get into doing shows. Can anybody recommend any cycles or anything to help me with these gains safely. I don't wanna get a bunch of acne and I don't wanna **** myself up.

Not going to happen. I would suggest cutting down to 10-12% naturally then running a cycle.

welcome.. we have the exact same stats.. the reducing bodyfat is a recommendation not necessarily a law.. i have cycled at higher BF, and so do millions of powerlifters.. you are simply at a higher risk for estrogen related side effects with a higher BF. i am gonig to assume you have never juiced before.. so my recommendation to you is do some research over the next few weeks/months and once you have an understanding of how they work and what you want to do we can go over cycle suggestion with you.

Sorry I didnt include how long I have been training for...3yrs.

I havent run a cycle before. I'm doing my reseach. I just wanted some advice to know what to pay more attention to, but I guess everything at this point deserves the same amount of attention.
