Hey Everyone!
I'm 33, in somewhat decent shape, and weigh between 180-185. I have been an athlete for a good portion of my life, and have worked out (off and on) for the past 15 yrs.
BUT, for the life of me, I have never been able to reach the 200lb threshold. So, I figure if I'm ever going to hit it, might as well be now. Gonna need a litte extra, so i guess thats why I am here.
