Hey guys been reading and studing on this forum for awhile. So i figured it was time to get serious and join so I could start getting alittle help with my own questions. I used to way 225 last year. Not the best of shape but decent i guess. I dropped down to 172 I am now back up to 183, and only around 12% body fat, 6 foot work out 5 days a week. Just a quick list of some of my stats. Thanks
