Hey guys, I've been lifting pretty religiously for the last 9-10 years and have made good gains but just can't get over that last hurdle. Since I started, I've lost 50 lbs of fat and gained several lbs of good muscle, but I'm still too "soft" with my bodyfat still in the 12-13% range. I'm thinking of running a cycle or two to finally get past this last hurdle, and gain that last 6-7 lbs of muscle and lose that stubborn last 2-4 lbs of fat. Any suggestions for what a good first time stack would be? Below are my stats:
Age: 30
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 158 lbs
BF%: 12-13%
Cycle Experience: None
