I have trained with competive lifters before. I played sports middle school, highs cool(basketball football), some college..
I am currently on my 3rd month of dieting and exercising
usually consist of 30+ minutes of cardio on tread or elliptical
and another 45+ of lifting
my frame has always been big, I have been up and down with weight as low as 220 and as high as 370...I want to get to around 230 wanna keep my big frame but with lean and cut shape...
wanna begin my first cycle..and have been doing research for a awhile now...any advice would be nice...u can email or pm me too...
