after looking at various steriod forums this is the best and most detailed by far.
ive been training for 2 year constant now and just took the plunge to steriods last week, after much consideration i chose to start using Tren A. i know some people say not to go straight for this but i have a lot of close friends who i seeked advice from aswell.
im pinning 1ml eod . gym work out at 10am . my workout prog is,
monday - chest
tues - back
thursday - arms/shoulders
sat - back / legs
diet
8am - oats
11am - protien shake
12midday - 180g chicken breast
2pm - 180g chicken breast
4pm - 180g chicken breast
6pm - 180g chicken breast
9pm - tin of tuna with noodles
2/3 ltr of water a day
pint of milk
i know i have flaws in my diet . i work in a call centre between 12pm and 8pm so i find it hard to get big meals sorted.
if anyone has any tips or hints for my regime / diet / steriod injections please post below
