Not sure if you have had your blood work done but a full hormone panel would provide you with a starting point. If our levels are slightly out of wack you could diet and workout for years without any gains.

breakfast =oatmeal (and coffee).
am snack=fruit
lunch= protean(meat,eggs,etc),carbs,water(Soda!..some times.. most times).
pm snack=carbs & Milk or juice (or coffee ... yeah I know this is not good)
dinner=mostly same as lunch.

I have had blood work recently and my testos level is below normal. Doctor prescribed 100ml test th. every 2 weeks. I know I need more, but that's as far as they can go. ideas welcomed.
