    mg/cc ??????????

    Getting ready to do a cycle of sustanon 250.

    500mg week
    Sun 8am (1st inj - wed 8pm (2nd inj) (this is spliting the week exactly)
    12 weeks
    Protein- 1gm per lb of muscle per day
    Creatine- 15gms per day

    PCT-Start 15days after last inj
    Nolvadex- 20mg Every day 5 weeks
    Clomid-50mg Every day 5 weeks

    My question is this. Converting 500mg to cc's i come up with 1.76cc which means .88cc's per injection. Can someone please assure me i have done the math correctly ?? Thanks guys !!

    Well if its sustanon 250 it means theres 250mg per ML (CC) so 2ML is 500mg. you will be needing to use 2 ML a week for your cycle.

    Up the protein to at least 1.5gm per lb of body weight.

    Double check injection times for sus, as i havnt used it myself, but i dont believe its X2 injections a week.

    Also what are your full stats?

    big ron is right.. u need AT LEAST 1.5gms/ pound of body weight
    and there is no point doing 15gms of creatine either.. keep it at 5 (but make sure u do it every day). u dont need the extra bloating and water retention.

    Huge thanks guys, got it !! One more question ? Can i just alternate butt cheeks for the inj site ?? Any info would be great.

    I plan on getting some blood work done before, and during to see if i am getting what i am supposed to be. Then after my PCT to make sure everything is back to normal. Is this a good way to approach it or is there a better way, thanks guys.
