I'm Dirty, I am 23 ,5'10" and I'm starting A.S. for my second time. Last time I went from 165lbs to 195lbs, I had to stop after my daughter was born and I went to 215lbs of fat, I used p90x to get back to 185, stopped that when I started working out of town alot and I am back to 200.
Just got back intouch with my hook up, and I don't know what I want to use this time, any suggestions would be apprecitated
