Aight everyone, I've been here for a year now and I've always looked but I never posted.
I am a 32y.o. male from Ft. Lauderdale FL. I have been training since May 2007. I started because I was morbidly obese, and legally blind. Two negatives working against me. I decided to make a change in my life and have been hooked every since. I started at 324lbs at 5'8". My body fat was guestimated at around 49%. I'm currently down to about 22% bf and 237lbs.
I joined this site because I was curious about gear like everyone else. But after observing posts and researching information I may or may not gear up when my bodyfat reaches around 15%. Atleast through here I have the help to make an informed decision. I think it's needless to say that I'm an endomorph so I do stay naturally anabolic with ZMA/GABA and CKG dieting. Also, I don't really worry about overtraining. I usually train with a bulk/cut type routine. I probably should have started with all cutting but I had less knowledge then. Now I'm addicted to getting big even if it means gaining some gut back. It is taking longer that way but it keeps me dedicated.
I will be posting my diet logs, routines, and workout logs too. I really hope to be a motivation for other people looking for transformation tips. I've learned alot from trial and error.
So until then. It's time to go hard or go home. Will be booting back in soon.
