Hey there everyone. Been looking through the site for a couple weeks in advance of starting my gear, which I did last week. Still doing a lot of research on nutrition - trying to get some ideas on best practices for what/how much/when to eat.
I'm 42 y/o, 5'9" and about 190 pounds. I've done several Physician prescribed cycles of Test (enathanate) and deca (nandrolone) over the years - though rarely more than 2 cycles per year, and never gained more than 10 pounds because a) I never ate correctly and b) I also was consuming a steady diet of methamphetamine.
Ironically, I keep looking at pictures of those times and missing the fact that it was so easy to have ripped abs as a tweaker. (or were they ribs.) Obviously (?) I'm clean now, and very fit. Have been a crossfitter for 3 years and am now looking to put on some good muscle to carry with me into my mid-life.
My current cycle: 10 weeks
Sustanon 250 (250 mg./wk)
Nandrolone (200 mg.wk)
Based on the Harris-Benedict formula of my BMR and a goal weight gain of 15 pounds (3500 cal/pound), I've estimated my target daily caloric intake at around 3200 calories (assuming very active - working out every other day and cardio on off days)
Any thoughts on the above? I have a friend who suggested upping the dose of my cycle around week four (to keep gains strong) before cycling off. I also have access to GH and thought I might use some towards the end for cutting.
Is my head up my a** or am I on the right track?
