    hi all

    hi there am new to steroids , m 6ft 7inch guy at 101kgs i have a very gd frame to me but just carnt seem to bulk up no matter what i do, i run i train 2 hours a day then go to work where i lift heavy loads all day, so am want to do a course to bulk up an then stop an train natrual, what do peoplle reckonmend thanks
