but i want to train harder
im only 22
92Kgs at 8 %
Bench 120 x 5
squat 160 x 5
dead 155 x 5
i live in Sydney Australia and i started training 3 yrs ago at a starting weight of 145kg after foot reconstruction i doubled my weight for 75kgs when i was an epic clubber. now im slowly hitting a plateau that i need to overcome.
