    Newbie Looking For Advice

    Hi guys im new here just looking for some advice.

    In a nut shell I have been working out for a few years now on and off, reccently I have changed my diet and been hoping to gain mass however its just not happening. What I am looking for is something to help boost my growth, something I can add to my diet that'll help me.

    I have already read some of the newbie posts which have helped alot but I really need some specific advice, I know steroids are a serious business and I want to get it right first time round.

    Which forum should I post in to get answers?
