5 years naturally but time for change..
Hi
I have been working out for years and have a very good knowledge of diet, training methods etc.. but guess I have just reached that point where I cant add size without fat and do want to increase muscle mass.
Its easy to for some people to say 'Eat more' but all that happens is the moment I start leaning I just end up the same weight again..
Been thinking about finding 'alternatives' to add size for years now so here I am! Will add some photos to show where I currently am and will be reading up on the best 1st time cycle for my needs, seems to be a good place for it!
Im 29, 5'8 tall, 76kg, bodyfat approx 10 - 12%
Look forward to getting something good out of this!
