Just a quick hello, as ive been on the forum a while but never said much just been reading up.
A bit about me im 23, started working out when i was about 15 with my dad as i was super skinny but been on and off mass gain diets but always dropped off it but just started again recently and really am looking to press hard this time no excuses.
I am 5 feet 11 inches tall and current weight is 145 pounds i had been upto 155 pounds but dropped off when stopped working out.
Overall goal looking to get to around 180 pounds obviously this is going to take a while though. Not interested in steroids but seems like a great forum with top advice.
Only just getting back into a workout so starting with a 3 times a week train and just on the basic exercises bench press/pull ups, dips, squats etc etc....
And just building myself back onto a diet so its no were near perfect yet, but currently looks a little like this.
6am - 3 x scrammbled eggs on 2 x pieces wholemeal bread, 3 shredded wheat with semi skim milk plus 1 banana
8.30am - 1 x pro peptide.
11.30am - 2 x jacket pots with either tuna/turkey with salad, 1 x apple
2.30pm- 1/2 pack of snack a jacks
5.30pm- either fish/chicken/turkey with new potatoes with mixed veg
8.30pm- porridge
10pm- bed.
roughly working out about 3k cals a day with 1 low day.
Like i say its not perfect and im still learning so bare with me. Any constructive criticism much appreciated.
