new to this forum but not to the gym. coming back from shoulder injury from rugby. want to add a bit of mass, but rather get cut and gain strength for shoulder/long term health. im 37, 6-1 225/30 about 18% fat. 4 solid meals a day w/protein shakes as well. dont want 'temper' to become an issue.
forgive me if this sounds uninformed, but ar-r good to buy from? what would you suggest i use, based on above info?
