My name is Luke. 36 years old with a decent weight training background. Been dabbling in weight training for 15 years and got back into weight training 2.5 years ago to help with losing weight and helping with my athleticism. Weight was 235 pounds and now at 180. I am curoius about using an anabolic to help with my progression in playing competitive sports. Feels like i have hit a wall with my training and havent really progressed much in the last few months so thats why i am here. Not looking to get huge just want to get more ripped and get the BF percentage down while maintaining an athletic build.

welcome to the board. trust me, you can lose the fat and build muscle with diet adn training alone, IT IS POSSIBLE. stay awy from the anabolics, trust your diet and training to do th work
