guys i need a bit of help.
i want to lose weight and gain muscle i dont want to be huge but i want size im 25
193cm tall and 120kgs in the past 6 months have lost exactly 19kgs using meal replacements and fixing my diet wasnt like this untill i got married was always in the 110 115kg mark. dont know my bf%.
have trained b4 but this time im going to get a personal trainer to help me plan my diet and workout plan so i am determined to do this and will stay with it, just need some helpful tips on what i can use to help with weight loss at first then what i can use to biuld up and then definition im not after "the perfect body" just want to look the good if you know what i mean.
i have made the decision to use steroids to help me with this and want to know what is best for me and what good/bad effects i can expect?
any help would be good.
i am hearing alot about rp6 some people say its good some say bad? i had a look at some theads about it and want to know if it will suit me?
