Hey gang....I am out of Las Vegas....new to the forums. My stats are below.
Age - 31
Height - 5'9
Weight - 225lbs (in the midst of a bulking phase...was down to 188 lbs in August '10)
Bf% - not sure...probably between 10% - 15%...maybe more...see above
Cycle history - When I was 21 I did a short cycle of Dbol and test (not sure what kind). Long enough ago that I don't remember the amounts and the time frame...from what I recall it was short and not very much.
Years training - I have been lifting weights regularly since I was 16. Never competed (BBing or power lifting)...just like lifting. I am currently giving the Juggernaut Method a try. Never was an overly strong guy...so I thought I would give this workout a try. I workout in my garage (Screw gym dues) and my workouts are geared around total body lifts....(bench, deadlift, squats, Barbell clean & presses). My best lifts are below....
Bench - 295 4x
Squat - 420 1x
Deadlift - 325 1x
Military Press - Never did too heavy....145 13x at the most.
I have decided to give juice a shot again (pardon the pun). I have been stocking up on a few items and am looking forward to getting some advice from you guys. I currently have Deca, Test E, Tbol, EQ & 3 kits GH. Beside the GH...I have enough of each to complete a solid cycle of each whether combined or individually.
There ya have it....that who I am and what I am thinking. I am strapped in and ready to go...!
