Big T from Roch NY
My name is Tyler I'm from Rochester ny. I have been working out off and on since 2007, but for the last four, five month pretty serious. I'm 6'3" and 280 pounds, body fat is some where round 20% I'm guessing. I'm looking at getting into cycling but want to learn the best way to start and connect with people on here to help me through it. Also would like to hear about peoples workout program as I feel mine could be improved. As of now I workout three to four a week doing arms one day, chest and back the other. Alternating back and forth I know someone on her could lead me in right direction.

20% bf is for sure to high to start cycling for many different reasons, I would suggest getting down into the low to mid teens before you consider it. Good luck bro!

hey man i would recommend taking a look at the workout questions link to because if i read your post correctly you just doing arms chest and back. youll want to get legs and core in there to unless you want to be walking around with a huge upper body and little chicken legs like many people do now. But welcome to the fam and good luck to you
