I have been working out and dieting for about 2 years. I noticed about a year ago that I wasn't really getting the results that I was seeking, so I visited my doctor to find out what my T levels were. Sure enough I was low plus my thyroid was hypo-active. After a year of trying different methods of raising my T naturally, my doctor finally gave me a prescription. I start it tomorrow. I thought this forum would be a good way to learn and share my own experiences.
