My name is Tyler I'm from Rochester ny. I have been working out off and on since 2007, but for the last four, five month pretty serious. I'm 6'3" and 280 pounds, body fat is some where round 20% I'm guessing. I'm looking at getting into cycling but want to learn the best way to start and connect with people on here to help me through it. Also would like to hear about peoples workout program as I feel mine could be improved. As of now I workout three to four a week doing arms one day, chest and back the other. Alternating back and forth I know someone on her could lead me in right direction.
