I am 23.. six foot two about 205 -210 ive been working out for 7 years i have 19 inch arms haveabout 7% bodyfat. i bench 360 lbs , squat 455 lbs, deadlift 470 lbs. i figured this would be a good way to learn more about what i need to do to push my self further, ive been training natural for all seven year.
