    Hello from Phoenix, AZ!

    I just wanted to give my quick hello. I'm very, very new to the AS world. I've been working out on and off for about 6 years. I really got into weight training while I was in the Army. I ended up losing my leg during a tour in Iraq and lost everything I gained, plus much more... haha.

    Within the last 6 months I starting hitting the weights really hard and putting on some fairly good gains. While I was recovering from my Iraq accident I ended up putting on a good amount of fat, but in the last 3 months, with a very strict diet and a lot of gym time, I've lost over 30 lbs, and cut pretty well.

    I'm pretty happy with the way I look now but I'm looking for that last bit of gains that I know AS would help me get. So I just want to thank all the active members in this forum that keep passing around the information so people like me have plenty of reading to do so I don't do something stupid and mess up my body!
