Hello from Massachusetts!!! This forum ROCKS!

Hello everyone! I have found so much useful info on this forum that I had to become a member and also contribute as I learn. When I was 21 I was a gym rat with a respectable body, but after years of stress I let my self go, and now at 29 I find myself getting back there. Seven months ago I completely changed my eating habits and lifestyle and within five months I had already dropped 68lb without exercising from my starting point at 320lb. Two months ago I bought the book "Huge in a Hurry" by Chad Waterbury to have as a starting point for my workout routine and joined the gym. I'm 6'2" and the day I joined the gym my weight was 252lb and BF was at 28%. As of today I weigh 238lb and my BF is at 24%. I look like a completely different human being in all aspects. So far I've done everything naturally, but my goal is 220lb at 10% BF, so I might need some "help" to get me there, and this forum has been a godsend.

    Welcome!

Congrats on the weight loss! Good for you~

ps: get the BF down before you get the "help" you might be thinking about....so....come on over to the Diet Question forum to get real help first and then go from there. Many here believe BF needs to be near or under 15%....
