I am currently active military. I am 30 yrs old. Been working out and exercising for as long as i can remember.

Looking to improve endurance even more than my current state. And add strength not to much mass don't want to go over 210lbs
WHAT TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP ALL HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
