Guess i kinda jumped the gun.....

Started posting and asking questions before I introduced myself.

I am 40, 6'3" and 300 lbs.
I was always in good shape until about 8 years ago. Stress etc. and I went up over 400 lbs. Finally had lapband lost over 100 pounds.

Now I have the time and money to venture in to some additional personal health and fitness aids.

Thanks to those that have already provided some guidance, it is greatly appreciated.

120 pounds total......I feel great. Like I did when I was 25. Thank you for the welcome.

Really haven't set a goal yet. I was more thinking about physical and mental well being rather than a target.
Right now i am 6 weeks in and pretty happy. My chest, shoulders, arms and legs are coming along nicely. I just need to get rid of the left over belly. I think weight won't be a good judge, at my youthful prime I was 340 and solid. I think now I just want to lean down the gut and maybe add a little bulk.
