Hey Guys
New to the board. I'm 25 btw 190-195lbs been training for about 8-9 years. When I started I weighed 135 in a little over a year I ate myself to a soft 220. In then began to train in MMA (jiu jitsu, boxing) and over the years slowly dropped to 175 (I wasnt dieting but all the extra cardio just melted the extra weight off). I havent trained in MMA for the past couple years and am now up to 190-195. Ive switched my training focus since January to strength focused and am planning on competing on a couple meets this year. First a bench only, and then a full meet.
