    new to this have roids here but are they the ones to have ? stanozolol sus and decca

    hi guys im paddy from belfast northern ireland , im really outta shape and need help lol
    i am near 19 stone and about 5,4 ( mostly belly fat ffs ) my mate said to go on a corse of roids and he sold me
    6 bottles of sus
    100 tablets of stanozolol
    and 5 bottles of decca with all the syrenges etc

    i have just bought weights etc and am ready to start ( i think lol )

    im just looking to know is this cycle a good beginers one ? also what do i take 1st etc ..and do i start training before i take them ?
    any help would be great thanks paddy

    No, is not good. Your friend just got out bad stuff.
    You need some research before start using, special that you have a lot of fat on your mid section, also need some training experience, few years, a base of muscle, and the most important a diet plan, if you not eating right you don't see results.
    also there is no HCG , AI and the most importan PCT.

    If you are really out of shape and still havent started working out then you are a few years from being ready for steroids . They arent miracle drugs that automatically make you in shape.

    why a few years what if i lost , say 4-5 stone would i be ready then ?

    i have muscle its just i have a bit of a belly , i was toned a few years back but just let it go , only place i would need to get rid of weight is belly/waist . what would happen if i started takeing this cycle and started lifting weights ?

    Try to loose some BF,
    With high BF the sides will be high, and no results
    do some cardio at empty stomach 45 min per day, 7x/week and cardio after work out, 30 min or longer per day.
    When you got to 12% or less BF, come back and we help you out.

    hi layeazy,, thanks guys , im not gonna take them yet i have just got some t bullet caps there gonna give them a try first . any of you guys try them ?
