tryin to get bigger, i am 5'10" 225 and workout 6 days a week, i eat oatmmeal for breakfast, protein bar between lunch, lunch turkey sandwich, protein bar before workout, shake before workout and after. need help

a bowl of oatmeal, 2 protein bars, a sandwich, and a protein shake isn't going to get you far. i'd suggest heading to the nutrition section and re-post what you eat, your stats and your goals for more accurate responses. you may not get much help with your diet in the introduction forum.
