Not sure if this is what I need but I need something
Hey all,
I feel some what overwhelmed by all the info here.
I had surgery on my shoulder April 1st and am about done with rehab but I can't seem to make any strength gains. I'm a mechanic and have always been in pretty good shape but now I just feel weak. I have been lifting for the last 5 weeks as well as ab work and push ups at home. but zilch in the strength gain area. I hate it.
I used to lift when I was in the Navy and I loved it, I never used anything but aminos but made the gains I wanted. I don't want to get big or compete I just want to quit feeling weak.
About me, I'm 45, 6-0, 180 34 inch waist
