    Hi everyone ready to learn and grow

    Hey guys and girls just wanted to go ahead and drop a line now that I'm a member. I've browsed for info for months and was referred by a buddy of mine. Made my first post about week and half ago with my pics and first cycle info. My plans are to be as helpful with others as I can while getting help myself. I competed when I was 19 and want to do it again so now that I'm 25 I feel like I'm ready for the next level. I'm 5' 10 and weigh 194 at 12 percent bod pod not guessing. Thanks for all the helpful info so far and can't wait to get more involved.
