Whats going on?

A little about me.. Office during the day.. Bounce some nights and on the weekends.. Love lifting.. Love results.

Been lifting on and off since I was 15. I am currently 26. I say on and off cause things happen in life to where it's hard to maintain a consistent lifestyle in the gym. Relocation to and from Florida and Philly. Broke my hand while boxing. Pulled back from club brawl. It adds up.. :/

Trying to learn as much as I can to get back to where I once was, and surpass it in every possible way. (6'2 230lbs 12-14% BF natural)

I am currently 6'2, 315lbs "tank like." I am not sloppy at all but I carry a lot of weight and I feel like its causing my lower back to work harder than it should.

I am on this site to lift, learn, and possibly explore.
